Provincial Representative definition

Provincial Representative means the Minister of Energy or any other Person(s) designated from time to time in accordance with Section 8.9 by the Minister of Energy as representing the Province for the particular matter or matters under this Agreement stated in the relevant designation, provided that the Minister of Energy may designate no more than one Person for a particular matter;
Provincial Representative means a Council member of a province in the Republic of South Africa
Provincial Representative means an individual designated from time to time by BCWS to administer this Framework Agreement on behalf of the Province;

This includes but is not limited to, mandatory Extended Area Service (EAS), mandatory Extended Local Calling Service (ELCS), or other types of mandatory expanded local calling scopes.

  • School district of residence means the school district
