PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Sample Clauses

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Six Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars ($76,629). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CP27S.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Forty Three, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($ 143,250). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a grant.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Dollars ($621,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is DAS06.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed One Million, One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($ 1,120,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a grant.

This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG04P.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($325,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CE15V.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CR05R.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OSGCIC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty Dollars ($181,620). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OSGCIC Grant Control No. is CT34T.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG48V.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Local Transportation Improvement Fund allocated out of the State and Local Government Highway Distribution Fund, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Four Dollars ($138,164). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is DIV01.
