Provisional Action Plan definition

Provisional Action Plan means an interim plan to rectify a breach of or performance deficiency under this Agreement, specifying targets and timescales within which such targets shall be achieved whilst a Joint Investigation into the performance deficiency is completed;

Related to Provisional Action Plan

  • Supplier Action Plan means a document, maintained by the Authority, capturing information about the relationship between the Parties including, but not limited to strategic objectives, actions, initiatives, communication channels, risks and supplier performance;

  • Action Plan means an action plan as defined in the AEP Regulations in relation to the Premises;]

  • Corrective Action Plan has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Remedial Action Plan has the meaning in Section 2.4.

  • Emergency Action Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, detailing the activities, budget, implementation plan, and monitoring and evaluation arrangements, to respond to the Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
