Provisional Export Oil Price definition

Provisional Export Oil Price in US Dollars per Barrel, means the weighted average of SOMO's declared OSPs for the Delivery Point(s) for all destinations for the most recent Calendar Month for which such declarations are available.
Provisional Export Oil Price means the arithmetic average of XXXX’s declared OSPs for the Delivery Point for the Americas, Europe and the Far East, for the Month preceding the Month in which the Forward Quantity Statement under Addendum Four is provided, or the Month preceding such Month if those OSPs are not available.

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.
