Proximity Housing Market Area definition

Proximity Housing Market Area means the area within the County that is within twenty (20) road miles” of the proposed property to be purchased with Proximity Housing Assistance.
Proximity Housing Market Area means the area within the County that is within a fifteen (15) mile radius “as the crow flies” of the proposed property to be purchased with Proximity Housing Assistance.
Proximity Housing Market Area means the area within the geographic boundary of Napa County.

  • Relevant market area means as follows:

The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities.
