Proximity Housing Unit definition

Proximity Housing Unit means a single unit residence (condominium, townhome, single family home, etc,) purchased by an Owner with Proximity Housing Assistance.

Proximity Housing Unit means an ownership or rental dwelling unit or single room occupancy unit within a residential development that, pursuant to Section .030 of this Chapter , is required by a recorded deed restriction to be sold or leased to a member of the proximity workforce who intends to occupy the unit.
