Prudential Regulations definition

Prudential Regulations means the prudential regulations for banks issued by the Bank of Italy on 17 December 2013 with Circular No. 285 (Disposizioni di vigilanza per le banche) as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Prudential Regulations means Prudential Regulations or other regulations as are notified from time to time by SBP;
Prudential Regulations means the prudential regulations for banks issued by the Bank of Italy on 27 December 2006 with Circular No. 263 (Nuove disposizioni di vigilanza prudenziale per le banche), as subsequently amended and supplemented.

  • The Lessee shall comply with the Prudential Regulations and or other regulations issued by any Government regulatory body including the SBP and the SECP to Non-Banking Financial Institutions or banking companies as if such regulations are applicable and binding on the Lessee.
