PS Act definition

PS Act means the Public Service Act 1999 as amended from time to time.

PS Act means the Payment Services Act 2019;

PS Act means the Payment Services Act 2019, as may be amended, supplemented, or replaced from time to time.

Principles4.1 Section 25(2) of the PS Act provides that employment on tenure is the default basis of employment in the public service, excluding non-industrial instrument employees.
