PSV Operator’s Licence definition

PSV Operator’s Licence means a licence of the relevant classification, as required by section 12 Public Passenger Vehicles ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or a permit issued under section 19 or section 22 Transport Act 1985 Route Number: means the identification number given to the Route a Vehicle is allocated to as set out in the Specification Taxi/Private Hire Car: means a Vehicle licensed by the relevant licensing authority as a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ carriage or private hire car. Taxi/Private Hire Operator’s Licence: means an operator’s licence issued by the relevant licensing authority.

Related to PSV Operator’s Licence

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990;

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • operating licence means an authorisation granted by the competent licensing authority to an undertaking, permitting it to provide air services as stated in the operating licence;

  • Approved Sub-Licensee means any of the following: a Central Government Body; any third party providing goods and/or services to a Central Government Body; and/or any body (including any private sector body) which performs or carries on any of the functions and/or activities that previously had been performed and/or carried on by the Customer;

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
