operating licence definition

operating licence means an authorisation granted by the competent licensing authority to an undertaking, permitting it to provide air services as stated in the operating licence;
operating licence means any licence, consent or permit required by the Service provider to enable it to provide the Services under this Agreement;
operating licence means an “operating licence” as defined in section 1 of the National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009);
