Public Company Parent definition

Public Company Parent means Tradeweb Markets Inc., a Delaware corporation
Public Company Parent means JOANN Inc., and its successors, in each case, for so long as such Person has a class of common stock listed on a national securities exchange.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.
