  • The Licensee shall, by such date as the Commission may specify and from time to time thereafter as directed by the Commission, prepare and submit to the Commission for approval a document setting out a methodology for formulating tariffs charged to final customers by the Licensee in respect of its Public Electricity Supply Business for the supply of electricity and other services, to be known and referred to as the Tariff Methodology Statement.
