Public Equity Offerings definition

Public Equity Offerings means a public offering by the Company of shares of its common stock (however designated and whether voting or non-voting but excluding Disqualified Capital Stock) and any and all rights, warrants or options to acquire such common stock pursuant to a registration statement registered pursuant to the Securities Act.
