Public Offer Price means the final price per Share (exclusive of the Brokerage, the Trading Fee and the Transaction Levy) at which the Hong Kong Offer Shares are to be purchased under the Global Offering;
Public Offer Price means the final offer price per Hong Kong Offer Share in Hong Kong dollars (exclusive of brokerage of 1%, SFC transaction levy of 0.0027%, Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee of 0.005% and FRC transaction levy of 0.00015%);
Public Offer Price means the final offer price per Hong Kong Offer Share in Hong Kong dollars (exclusive of brokerage of 1%, SFC transaction levy of 0.0027% and Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee of 0.005%);

  • If the International Offer Price is set at or lower than the maximum Public Offer Price, the Public Offer Price must be set at such price which is equal to the International Offer Price.

  • Offer Price or Purchase (Public Offer) Price means the sum to be paid by the investor for purchase of one Unit, such price to be determined pursuant to this document.

In determining the market/offer price, the value of consideration other than cash shall be determined by a nationally recognized investment banking firm selected by the Holder or Owner, as the case may be, and reasonably acceptable to Issuer.

  • Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
