Public Realm Improvement definition

Public Realm Improvement means for a Parcel, an improvement to an existing structure and/or land, where the improvement is visible from an abutting street and complies with the guidelines for the City of Kamloops Downtown Development Permit Area, as set out in the City of Kamloops Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 46-1 , as amended.
