Legal Reservations means the application of relevant Debtor Relief Laws, general principles of equity and/or principles of good faith and fair dealing.
Utility Reservations means Seller’s interest in the right to receive immediately on and after Closing and continuously consume thereafter water service, sanitary and storm sewer service, electrical service, gas service and telephone service on and for the Land and Improvements in capacities that are adequate continuously to use and operate the Improvements for the purposes for which they were intended, including, but not limited to (i) any right to the present and future use of wastewater, drainage, water and other utility facilities to the extent such use benefits the Real Property, (ii) any reservations of or commitments covering any such use in the future, and (iii) any wastewater capacity reservations relating to the Real Property. Buyer shall be responsible for any requests or documents to transfer the Utility Reservations, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.
Indian reservation means any federally recognized reservation established by Treaty, Agreement, Executive Order, or Act of Congress.
Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.
Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.
Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.
Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 87 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018.
Public resources means water, fish, and wildlife and in addition means capital improvements of the state or its political subdivisions.
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
Reservations Any reservation for oil, gas, or other minerals, water, timber, or other interests is made in accordance with an attached addendum.
Ex-situ conservation means the conservation of components of biological diversity outside their natural habitats.
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls
Public Procurement means the acquisition by any means of goods, works or services by the government;
Underground storage means storage of hazardous liquid in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.
Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
In-situ conservation means the conservation of ecosystems and natural habitats and the maintenance and recovery of viable populations of species in their natural surroundings and, in the case of domesticated or cultivated species, in the surroundings where they have developed their distinctive properties.
Stormwater management system means any equipment, plants,
Floodplain Management Regulations means this ordinance and other zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, building codes, health regulations, special purpose ordinances, and other applications of police power. This term describes federal, state or local regulations, in any combination thereof, which provide standards for preventing and reducing flood loss and damage.
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.

Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.
Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.
Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
public sewer or drain means a sewer or drain which belongs to a sewerage undertaker, the Environment Agency, an internal drainage board or a local authority; and
road reserve ’ means the area contained within the statutory width of a road, and includes roadways, shoulders and sidewalks and the airspace above such roadways, shoulders and sidewalks and all other areas within the road reserve boundary;
Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.
