Public Sector Employee definition

Public Sector Employee means a Transferring Employee who immediately before the Employee Transfer Date was employed by an employer covered by a Public Sector Pension Scheme;
Public Sector Employee means an employee as defined in section 3(1) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994;
Public Sector Employee has the same meaning as in the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic).

Public Sector Employee means a current or former officer or consultant of state enterprises or government agencies who has a regular wage and position. Besides the employees, it also covers a director and subcommittee’s member of government agencies or state enterprises.
