traffic sign means a sign of any size, colour and type prescribed or authorised under, or having effect as though prescribed or authorised under, section 64 of the Act of 1984;
Electronic Signatures means any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, any contract or other record and adopted by a person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.
Historic site means any real property, man-made structure,
advanced electronic signature means an electronic signature which meets the following requirements:
Public Service Act ’ means the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994);
Electronic smoking device means any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person in any manner for the purpose of inhaling vapor or aerosol from the product. The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.
Public-Sider means a Lender whose representatives may trade in securities of the Borrower or its Controlling person or any of its Subsidiaries while in possession of the financial statements provided by the Borrower under the terms of this Agreement.
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013;
Traffic control signal means a device, whether manually, electrically, or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and to proceed.
Public-Side Information means information that does not constitute material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal and state securities laws) with respect to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective securities.
Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;
Animal waste means any waste consisting of animal matter that has not been processed into food for human consumption.
Substance use disorder professional means a person
SEBI Act or “Act” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992;
Pathological waste means waste material consisting of only human or animal remains, anatomical parts, and/or tissue, the bags/containers used to collect and transport the waste material, and animal bedding (if applicable).
Public Information Act or “PIA” means Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.
Post-consumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Post consumer material is a part of the broader category of "recycled content."
FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Post-Consumer Waste means any product generated by a business or consumer which has served its intended end use, and which has been separated or diverted from solid waste for the purpose of recycling into a usable commodity or product, and which does not include post-industrial waste.
Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,
Public Safety and/or “Nuisance” means anything which is injurious to the safety or health of an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use, in the customary manner, of any navigable lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin.
PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.
Medical Waste means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.
Drug Free Workplace Act Party will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.
