Public Tariff definition

Public Tariff means each of the tariffs listed on Exhibits D, E, or G which is designated as a “Public Tariff” and each other tariff which may hereafter be filed publicly with respect to a Refined Product Pipeline in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Public Tariff means the UNEV rate tariffs of the Pipeline Tariffs, on file and in effect with the FERC, as such rate tariff may be adjusted, amended, or supplemented by UNEV from time to time.
Public Tariff means the charges published on www.portofsalalah.com/port_information from time to time including but not limited to the following:

Examples of Public Tariff in a sentence

  • HEP will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the necessary regulatory approvals for the Public Tariff rates set forth in Exhibit D and Exhibit E to become effective on the date of this Agreement or as soon as possible thereafter.

  • All Bulk Handling Company receival charges and any other in-bound charges (including shrinkage) are for Buyers’ account, payable to Sellers with the purchase price and calculated at the Bulk Handling Company’s Public Tariff rates current at the time of transfer.

Related to Public Tariff

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • MISO Tariff means the MISO Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Market Tariff on file with FERC.

  • PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.
