Public university or college definition

Public university or college means a university, college, or community college established under section 5, 6, or 7 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
Public university or college as used in this section, means any nonprofit university or college situated within this state which is open to the public on equal terms and which is not affiliated with or controlled by an organization which is not primarily educational in nature. Any such university or college shall be considered to be serving a public purpose.

A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • University means the university of Montana-Missoula.

  • Ambulatory surgical center means any public or private State licensed and approved (whenever required by law) establishment with an organized medical staff of Physicians, with permanent facilities that are equipped and operated primarily for the purpose of performing Surgical Procedures, with continuous Physician services and registered professional nursing service whenever a patient is in the facility, and which does not provide service or other accommodations for patients to stay overnight.

  • State college means a State college or university established

  • Sexual exploitation means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. It includes profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from sexual exploitation of another.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
