Publication Strategy definition

Publication Strategy is defined in Section 10.5.
Publication Strategy has the meaning set forth in Section 11.7.1 (Publication Strategy).

  • Any publication or presentation by SIIL relating to the Product shall be consistent with the Publication Strategy.

  • The Parties acknowledge that Legend has entered into agreements with Third Party clinical investigators prior to the Effective Date which permit such Third Parties to make publications regarding Products, and agree that the Global Publication Strategy shall reasonably accommodate the ability of Third Party clinical investigators, academic institutions and other similar entities to make such publications.

  • The JSC may also from time to time develop and approve substantive amendments to such Publication Strategy and, upon approval by the JSC of any such amendment, the Publication Strategy shall be amended accordingly.

  • The JRDC (with consultation from the JPC, where applicable) shall review and approve such Clinical Development Publication Strategy, and may amend it from time to time upon mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • The publication and presentation of the results of Development carried out on the Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products in the Field shall be governed by the Global Publication Strategy, and the Parties agree to conduct their publication activities in accordance with the Global Publication Strategy.
