Publications funded in part or wholly by HHS grant funding must include a statement that “HHS and neither any of its components operate, control, are responsible for, or necessarily endorse, this publication (including, without limitation, its content, technical infrastructure, and policies, and any services or tools provided)” at HHS’s request.
If, in connection with this Agreement or the implementation of the Grant Plan, Grantee or any subgrantee creates artwork, copy, posters, billboards, photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, systems designs, software, reports, diagrams, surveys, source codes or any other original works of authorship or Publications, such creations shall be works for hire as defined under Title 17 of the United States Code, and all copyrights in such creations shall be the property of City.
The Technical Publications or other written description shall be posted on AT&T OKLAHOMA’s CLEC Online website.
Any interest of Grantee or any subgrantee, in drawings, plans, specifications, studies, reports, memoranda, computation sheets, the contents of computer diskettes, or other documents or Publications prepared by Grantee or any subgrantee in connection with this Agreement or the implementation of the Grant Plan or the services to be performed under this Agreement, shall become the property of and be promptly transmitted to City.
