Purchase Contract Register and "Purchase Contract Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 2.08.

As of the Closing Date, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-SB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates constitute Registered Certificates.

  • Uncertificated Securities Regulations means the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001;

  • Non Book-Entry Capital Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05.

  • Certificated Securities means Securities in the form of physical, certificated Securities in registered form.

  • Non-Book Entry Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(iii) of this Agreement.

  • Participation Register has the meaning provided therefor in Section 10.06(d).

  • Securities Custodian means the custodian with respect to a Global Security (as appointed by the Depository) or any successor person thereto, who shall initially be the Trustee.

  • Loan Register Defined in Section 5.4(n).
