Purchase Equipment definition

Purchase Equipment means the equipment specified in your Application and supplied to you in accordance with this SFOA, in which ownership of that equipment transfers to you on the expiry of the Minimum Term.
Purchase Equipment means the equipment specified in your Application and which is to be or is supplied to you in accordance with Part C, of which ownership in that equipment is intended to transfer to you on the expiry of the Minimum Term.

Examples of Purchase Equipment in a sentence

  • If the Purchase Equipment is lost, stolen or substantially destroyed we may terminate this SFOA agreement by notice to you.

  • If stated in your Application, you will remain liable for any residual amount owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term and ownership of the Purchase Equipment will not pass to you until this residual amount is paid in accordance with your Application.

  • You will be responsible for obtaining such Other Software necessary to access and use the Data & Internet Services or Purchase Equipment, but you must first get our prior written permission.

  • If you damage or lose any Purchase Equipment before you have paid for it in full, you will still be required to pay us for the full price of the Purchase Equipment.

  • We will not provide you with any Other Software in order to access and use the Purchase Equipment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies to any equipment provided by us that is Purchase Equipment, Mobile Equipment, Mobile Services Related Equipment and is not Data & Internet Services Related Equipment and may include equipment supplied by a Supplier.

  • In this Part D, unless the context requires otherwise: Proposed Installation Date means the nominal date stated in your Application for the installation of Purchase Equipment.

  • Except for Software provided as part of the Data & Internet Services Related Equipment, or Maintenance, we will not provide you with any Other Software in order to access and use the Data & Internet Services or Purchase Equipment.

  • The Purchase Equipment is and remains our property (or the property of an entity related to us) and you hold it for us until you have paid for it in full in cleared funds.

  • You will be responsible for obtaining such Other Software necessary to access and use the Purchase Equipment, but you must first get our prior written permission.


More Definitions of Purchase Equipment

Purchase Equipment means the equipment specified in your Application and supplied to you in accordance with this Agreement, in which ownership of and title to that equipment transfers to you upon our receipt of full payment for the equipment. Related Body Corporate has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Purchase Equipment shall have the meaning assigned in Section 3.3(b).
Purchase Equipment means the goods You purchased from InnoTel for the purpose of accessing services supplied by InnoTel.

Related to Purchase Equipment

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • The Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware or software, materials, goods and vehicles and associated services necessarily required for the implementation of the Services, which the Supplier cannot reasonably be expected to provide, which are financed or provided by DFID for use by the Supplier.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
