Purchase Package definition

Purchase Package means and refer to this Agreement (including all Addenda attached hereto), and all of the Project Documents.
Purchase Package means the documents submitted to DCA in connection with DCA's purchase of a Loan from a Seller, as further described in Chapter 2 of this Guide.
Purchase Package means the packet of documentation prepared and submitted by a BCIDA Lender to support its request to have BCIDA honor its guaranty by purchasing the guaranteed portion of a loan.

  • All required disclosures should be submitted with the Purchase Package.

  • A copy of the wire instructions is required to be in the Purchase Package.

  • An itemized calculation of the new loan amount should be written or typed on the payoff statement from the current servicing lender and included with the Purchase Package submitted for post-closing, pre-purchase review.

  • The Program specific checklists for submission of the Purchase Package are available on the Agency’s website.

  • The well driller’s certification, which must be no older than 4 months as of the closing date, is to be included as an additional document in the Purchase Package.

  • Requests for SBA reimbursement of Recoverable Expenses or approval of expenses paid for from recoveries may be submitted with the Lender's Purchase Package.

  • PURCHASE PAYMENTS [We reserve the right to reject any Purchase Payment.] Minimum Subsequent Purchase Payment: [$500 for both Non-Qualified and Qualified, unless you have elected an automatic sweep program.]

  • Warranty Purchase Payment means, with respect to a Payment Date and to a Warranty Receivable repurchased by the Seller as of the close of business on the last day of the related Collection Period, the sum of (a) the unpaid principal balance owed by the Obligor in respect of such Receivable plus (b) interest on such unpaid principal balance at a rate equal to the related APR to the last day in the related Collection Period.

  • Purchase Payment A payment made toward this Contract.

  • Repurchase Payment for any Repurchased Receivable as of the last day of any Collection Period, means the sum of the Principal Balance thereof as of the beginning of such Collection Period plus interest accrued thereon through the due date for the Obligor’s payment in such Collection Period at the related APR, after giving effect to the receipt of monies collected on such Repurchased Receivable, if any, during such Collection Period.

  • Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.

  • Preliminary Purchase Event means any of the following events:

  • Preliminary Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • the Purchase Price means the price to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the purchase of the Property;

  • Administrative Purchase Payment means, with respect to a Payment Date and to an Administrative Receivable purchased by the Seller or the Servicer as of the end of the related Collection Period, the sum of (a) the unpaid principal balance owed by the related Obligor in respect of such Receivable and (b) interest on such unpaid principal balance at a rate equal to the APR of the related Receivable from the date of last payment by such Obligor to the last day of such Collection Period.

  • Purchase Proceeds means any cash amounts received by the Master Servicer in connection with: (i) the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan or an REO Mortgage Loan by a Seller pursuant to Section 2.3 or (ii) the purchase of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties by the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the holders of the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 10.1(b).

  • Per Pre-Funded Warrant Purchase Price equals $0.0001, subject to adjustment for reverse and forward share splits, share dividends, share combinations and other similar transactions relating to shares of Common Stock that occur after the date of this Agreement.

  • Purchase Requisition means a duly authorized written or electronically produced request in an approved format to obtain goods or services.

  • Final Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Unit Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).

  • Purchase Report has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Original Purchase Price means the price paid by you for the motor vehicle or a maximum of 110% of the market value of the vehicle as defined by Glass's Guide Retail at time of purchase, whichever is the lesser (including all factory fitted accessories) and after any discount given, but does not include the cost of dealer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and/or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including the premium for this policy), warranty premiums, any finance arrears and any such associated costs and any negative equity transferred from a previous finance agreement.

  • Optional Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Delivery sale means any sale of a vapor product to a
