Purchase Price Reserve definition

Purchase Price Reserve. Amount corresponding to the percentage rate set out in schedule 1 (Terms and Conditions) of the Nominal Amount. Kaufpreiseinbehalt: Betrag, der dem Prozentsatz des Nominalbetrags wie in Anhang 1 (Konditionen) entspricht.
Purchase Price Reserve means the funds received from time to time by the Company from the Holder pursuant to Section 1.1(b) as prepayments of the Purchase Price which funds are held in trust by the Company for the account of the Holder unless and until required to be paid to the Company as the Purchase Price per share upon exercise of this Warrant.
Purchase Price Reserve means $5,000,000 of the Purchase Price plus the DIP Reserve Amount.
