Purchaser Commitment Amount definition
Purchaser Commitment Amount means (x) with respect to any Purchaser Group, the aggregate Commitments of the Alternate Purchasers which are members of such Purchaser Group and (y) with respect to any Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser, the Commitment of such Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser. The Purchaser Commitment Amount with respect to each Purchaser Group or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser shall be reduced to zero on the Facility Termination Date with respect to such Purchaser Group or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser.
Purchaser Commitment Amount with respect to each Purchaser Group or each Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser, shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the Note Purchase Agreement.
Purchaser Commitment Amount means the aggregate amount of ETH or BTC delivered by an investor to the Company pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.
