Purchaser Letter definition

Purchaser Letter means a purchaser letter in the form of Exhibit F-1 or F-2 of this Indenture.

Purchaser Letter. This term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 205(i) of this Indenture.

Purchaser Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13(c) hereof.

• The Trustee shall be entitled to rely, without any further inquiry, on any Purchaser Letter delivered to it and shall be fully protected in registering any transfer or exchanges of any Bonds in reliance on any such Purchaser Letter which appears on its face to be correct and of which the Trustee has no actual knowledge otherwise.

More Definitions of Purchaser Letter

Purchaser Letter. This term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 205(h) of this Indenture.

Purchaser Letter means a letter of representations executed by the transferee, if any, of the Purchaser or a subsequent transferee in connection with the purchase of the Bonds, which Purchaser Letter shall be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit D hereto.
