Examples of Purchaser Letter in a sentence
The Trustee shall be entitled to rely, without any further inquiry, on any Purchaser Letter delivered to it and shall be fully protected in registering any transfer or exchanges of any Bonds in reliance on any such Purchaser Letter which appears on its face to be correct and of which the Trustee has no actual knowledge otherwise.
Purchased Bonds shall not be canceled or discharged and shall be registered in the name of the Borrower or such other person or persons as shall be designated by the Borrower which executes and delivers a Purchaser Letter.
Purchaser shall have the right in its sole discretion to post a Purchaser Letter of Credit or a Purchaser Guaranty (or a combination thereof) for its security posting obligations under this Section so long as such security meets the requirements for such security set out in this Article 17.
In connection with the purchase of the Bonds, the initial Purchaser has executed and delivered a Purchaser Letter in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, which Purchaser Letter includes representations by the initial Purchaser and limitations on the transfer of its Bonds, and any beneficial ownership interest in such Bonds shall not be transferred unless the conditions to transfer set forth in such Purchaser Letter and this Bond Indenture are met.
