Purchasing Branch definition

Purchasing Branch means the Purchasing Branch under the Purchasing Act.
Purchasing Branch means the branch of the Finance Department responsible for the procurement of goods, service(s), and construction for the City;
Purchasing Branch means the Purchasing Branch of the Finance Department.
