Examples of Purchasing Committed Purchaser in a sentence

  • The Transfer Supplement shall be an amendment hereof only to the extent necessary to reflect the addition of such Purchasing Committed Purchaser as a “Committed Purchaser” and any resulting adjustment of the selling Committed Purchaser’s Commitment.

  • The amount of the Commitment of the selling Committed Purchaser allocable to such Purchasing Committed Purchaser shall be equal to the amount of the Commitment of the selling Committed Purchaser transferred regardless of the purchase price, if any, paid therefor.
