Purported Record Owner definition

Purported Record Owner means, with respect to any Acquisition or Transfer, the Person who would have been the record holder of the Equity Shares if such Acquisition or Transfer had not violated the provisions of Section 2(b)(i) of this Article. The Purported Beneficial Owner and the Purported Record Owner may be the same Person.
