Pursuant to Section 2271. 002, Texas Government Code, District hereby (i) represents that it does not boycott Israel, and (ii) subject to or as otherwise required by applicable federal law, including without limitation 50 U.S.C. Section 4607, agrees it will not boycott Israel during the term of the Agreement. As used in the immediately preceding sentence, “boycott Israel” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2271.001, Texas Government Code.
