This agreement and the Put and Call Option Deed contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the transactions contemplated by this agreement and supersede all previous agreements, whether oral or in writing, between the parties relating to these transactions.
The provisions of the Original Put and Call Option Deed shall, save as amended by this Deed, continue in full force and effect.
Clauses 18 (Notices) and 22 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) of the Original Put and Call Option Deed shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Deed (with such conforming changes as the context requires) as if set out in full in this Deed.
