Put Option Notice definition

Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

Put Option Notice means a notice of exercise relating to the put option contained in Condition 8.4 (Redemption at the option of Noteholders) of the Senior Conditions, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Put Option Notice) or such other form as may from time to time be agreed between the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent and distributed to each Paying Agent.

Examples of Put Option Notice in a sentence

• Upon receipt by a Paying Agent of a duly completed Put Option Notice and the Definitive Notes in accordance with Condition 9(d) (Redemption and Purchase - Redemption at the option of Noteholders), such Paying Agent shall notify the Issuer and (in the case of a Paying Agent other than the Fiscal Agent) the Fiscal Agent thereof indicating the certificate or serial numbers (if any) and principal amount of the Notes in respect of which the Put Option is exercised.

• Each Paying Agent shall make available to holders of Definitive Notes during the period specified in Condition 9(d) (Redemption and Purchase - Redemption at the option of Noteholders) for the deposit of Put Option Notices forms of Put Option Notice upon request during usual business hours at its Specified Office.

More Definitions of Put Option Notice

Put Option Notice means a notice, in the form available from the Specified Office of the Paying Agent, or in the case of Registered Notes, the Registrar which must be delivered to the Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;
