Put Option Notice definition

Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;
Put Option Notice means a notice of exercise relating to the put option contained in Condition 8.4 (Redemption at the option of Noteholders) of the Senior Conditions, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Put Option Notice) or such other form as may from time to time be agreed between the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent and distributed to each Paying Agent.
Put Option Notice means a notice of exercise relating to the put option contained in Condition 7(f) (Redemption at the option of the Covered Bondholders), substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 to the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement, or such other form which may, from time to time, be agreed between the Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent;

  • If the relevant Notes are in global form, the Put Option Notice should be submitted in accordance with the operating rules and regulations of the relevant clearing system and, if possible, the relevant interests in the relevant Global Note should be blocked to the satisfaction of the relevant Paying Agent.
