Put Obligation definition

Put Obligation means an undertaking by some or all of the Supporting Sewer Warrantholders to purchase a specified portion of the New Sewer Warrants on the terms and conditions set forth in the Put Agreement.
Put Obligation has the meaning specified in Section 3(a)(i) of this Agreement.
Put Obligation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) of the Agreement.

The amount of any Support Obligation shall be deemed to be an amount equal to the stated or determinable amount of the related primary obligation, or portion thereof, in respect of which such Support Obligation is made or, if not stated or determinable, the maximum reasonably anticipated liability in respect thereof as determined by the guaranteeing Person in good faith.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.
