Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.
Ecology means the Washington State Department of Ecology.
WCA means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and the regulations thereunder.
Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.
EMG means the Executive Management Group of SSgA.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
Blackwater means wastewater contaminated by human body waste, toilet paper and any other material intended to be deposited in a receptor designed to receive urine or feces.
OASIS means the Open Access Same-Time Information System required by FERC for the posting of market and transmission data on the Internet websites of PJM and NYISO.

Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
Hospitality means the considerate care of guests, which may include refreshments, accommodation and entertainment at a restaurant, hotel, club, resort, convention, concert, sporting event or other venue such as Company offices, with or without the personal presence of the host. boycott energy companies has the meaning used in Section 809.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. The Professional understands “affiliate” to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Professional and exists to make a profit.
group of companies means a holding company and all of its subsidiaries;
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
