Pyrotechnic Special Effects definition

Pyrotechnic Special Effects means fireworks to which the Pyrotechnics Special Effects Manual, Edition 2, published by the Explosives Regulatory Division of Natural Resources Canada applies and includes black powder bombs, bullet effects, flash powder, smoke compositions, gerbs, lances and wheels;
Pyrotechnic Special Effects means those fireworks that are used in the entertainment industry whether designed specifically for indoor or outdoor use, such as black powder bombs, bullet effects, flash powder, smoke compositions, gerbs, lances and wheels;
Pyrotechnic Special Effects means authorized explosives as defined under the Explosives Act, that are made, manufactured or used to produce a pyrotechnic theatrical effect in connection with a motion picture, theater or television production or as a performance, before a live audience;
