Child with special needs definition

Child with special needs means a child with one or more of the following conditions:

Child with special needs means a child whose medical providers have determined that the child has or is at risk for chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions.

Child with special needs means an individual under the age of 18 years for whom the state has determined all of the following:
