Qodana Community definition

Qodana Community means an edition of Qodana with limited functionality that is provided to you free of charge. JetBrains does not develop Qodana Community according to Customer’s specifications, nor is Qodana Community customized through modification or personalization.

  • Customer must at all times use the most up to date version of Qodana Community made available by us.

  • JetBrains reserves the right at any time to cease the support of Qodana Community and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, terms of use, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of Qodana Community.

  • A list of Third-Party Software included in Qodana Community is available in the respective product documentation and/or at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/third-party-software.

  • Customer agrees that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Qodana Community or any related technical data directly or indirectly to any person targeted by Sanctions or download or otherwise use Qodana Community for any end-use prohibited or restricted by Sanctions.

  • Qodana Community includes code and libraries licensed to JetBrains by third parties, including open source software (“Third-Party Software”).

  • If Customer ceases use of EAP Version but continues to use Qodana Community, such use will continue to be governed by this Agreement.

  • Upon termination by either JetBrains or Customer, Customer must discontinue using Qodana Community and delete all copies of Qodana Community from its Machines and archives, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, you are responsible for downloading and installing Qodana Community, which are made available for download on JetBrains’ website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, or one of the third-party sources listed on the JetBrains website.

  • College community means trustees, students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college-owned or controlled facilities.

  • University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.

  • Rural community ’ means any city having a population of fewer than 50,000 or except as otherwise provided, any unincorporated area. Unincorporated areas within any county having a population of more than 100,000 are not eligible; and

  • School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.

  • Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.

  • the Community means both:

  • local community means any community of people living or having rights or interests in a distinct geographical area;

  • Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.

  • European Communities means the European Economic Community, the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Atomic Energy Community.

  • European Community means the territory comprised by the Member States of the European Community as constituted from time to time;

  • traditional communities means communities recognised in terms of section 3 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, 2005 (Act No. 4 of 2005).

  • Non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system.
