Qualification Envelope definition

Qualification Envelope means an area in OTP where the Proponent would complete its Qualification Response;
Qualification Envelope means an area in OTP where the Bidder would upload its completed Qualification Response;
Qualification Envelope means Section 1 of the RFB as set out on the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System.

  • Within the Qualification Envelope, the bidder should provide a minimum of two (2) examples fully inclusive of the name of the contractual arrangement, a brief description of the requirements, the duration of the contractual arrangement (including start and end dates (month/ year) and the overall value.

  • The Preferred Bidder shall execute the Agreement in the form attached to this RFB and satisfy any other applicable conditions of this RFB within the period of time set out to do so in Section 1.1 - Procurement Details of the Qualification Envelope of this RFB.

  • In addition to all of the Ministry’s other remedies, if a selected Bidder fails to execute the Agreement or satisfy any other applicable conditions within the period of time set out to do so in Section 1.1 - Procurement Details of the Qualification Envelope of this RFB following the notice of selection, the Ministry may, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, rescind the selection of that Bidder and proceed with the selection of another Bidder.

  • Qualifications , in relation to an employee, means any degree, diploma or other academic, technical or professional qualification relevant to the position which he held.

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of this RFP;

  • Qualified means that a person holds a certificate, permit or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold to provide special education and designated instruction and services and has met federal and state certification, licensing, registration, or other comparable requirements which apply to the area in which he or she is providing special education or related services, including those requirements set forth in Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and those requirements set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Sections 3064 and 3065, and adheres to the standards of professional practice established in federal and state law or regulation, including the standards contained in the California Business and Professions Code. Nothing in this definition shall be construed as restricting the activities in services of a graduate needing direct hours leading to licensure, or of a student teacher or intern leading to a graduate degree at an accredited or approved college or university, as authorized by state laws or regulations.   • Physical therapist assistant means an individual who is licensed/certified by a state and who assists the physical therapist in selected components of physical therapy.

  • Member in Good Standing means a member in service who is not subject to removal by the employing city of the member pursuant to section 400.18 or 400.19, or other comparable process, and who is not the subject of an investigation that could lead to such removal. Except as specifically provided pursuant to section 411.9, a person who is restored to active service for purposes of applying for a pension under this chapter is not a member in good standing.
