The responsibilities of the qualified co-ordinator are listed in WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation 20.3. The Prime Contractor’s Qualified Co-ordinator must: • Co-ordinate all health and safety activities for the project.
A Childcare employee, other than a Coordinator or Qualified Coordinator, who is required by the employer to act as an Authorised Supervisor in accordance with the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 as amended, must be paid an amount as specified in Tables 6 of Schedule B to this Agreement.
