Qualified Coordinator definition

Qualified Coordinator means a person qualified within the contemplation of the Workers Compensation Act and the OHS Regulation to discharge the responsibilities of a “qualified coordinator” as described in the Workers Compensation Act and the OHS Regulation;
Qualified Coordinator has the meaning given in Section 4.12(c)(i).

  • The responsibilities of the qualified co-ordinator are listed in WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation 20.3. The Prime Contractor’s Qualified Co-ordinator must: • Co-ordinate all health and safety activities for the project.

  • A Childcare employee, other than a Coordinator or Qualified Coordinator, who is required by the employer to act as an Authorised Supervisor in accordance with the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 as amended, must be paid an amount as specified in Tables 6 of Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Qualified Coordinator: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) shall be the designated Qualified Coordinator.

  • Any changes to the scope of work will only be conducted after consultation with the RDN Qualified Coordinator.

  • The Prime Contractor will cause its Qualified Coordinator to comply with the “Duties of the Qualified Coordinator” as listed in OH&S Regulation 20.3(3).

  • The contractor and their employees must have a site orientation before performing work at that locations; and may only be left alone to perform work at the site after the RDN Qualified Coordinator has met with and explained the scope of work and activities.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.
