Qualified Extension Option definition

Qualified Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.2 hereof.

  • As provided in this Section 2.7.2, Borrowers shall have the option (each, a “Qualified Extension Option”) to extend the term of the Loan beyond the Initial Maturity Date for four (4) successive terms (each, a “Qualified Extension Term”) of one (1) year each (the Initial Maturity Date following the exercise of each Qualified Extension Option being the “Qualified Extended Maturity Date”).

Facilities provided by the Company to maintain, protect, upgrade, or improve its overall distribution system (even if necessary due to a customer's load addition) are not considered part of a line extension.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Extension Conditions Defined in Section 3.06(a).

  • Second Extended Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).

  • Conversion Option means the Company’s option to convert some or all of the Series D Preferred Stock into that number of shares of Common Stock that are issuable at the then-applicable conversion rate as described in Section 8(c) of these Articles Supplementary.
