Qualified health plan or QHP definition

Qualified health plan or QHP means a health plan that has in effect a certification that it meets the standards issued or recognized by each Exchange through which such plan is offered.
Qualified health plan or QHP means a health plan that has in effect a certification that it meets the standards described in subpart C of part 156 issued or recognized by each Health Insurance Marketplace through which such plan is offered in accordance with the process described in subpart K of part 155.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.
