Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist definition

Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed pharmacist in the state of Mississippi who is certified by the Mississippi State Department of Health, Division of Radiological Health, or who meets the following standards:
Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a pharmacist who holds a current license issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, and who is certified as a nuclear pharmacist by a certification board recognized by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, or satisfies each of the following requirements:
Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed Pharmacist in the State of Delaware, who is certified as a Nuclear Pharmacist by a certification Board recognized by the Delaware Board of Pharmacy, or who meets the following standards set by the Delaware Board of Pharmacy:

Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed Pharmacist in the State of practice, who is certified as a Nuclear Pharmacist by the State Board of Pharmacy or by a certification Board recognized by the State Board of Pharmacy, or who meets the following standards:
Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed Pharmacist in the State of Delaware, who is
