Qualified President definition

Qualified President means (i) Xxxx Xxxxxxx, (ii) any other Qualified Officer reasonably suitable for the position of president or (iii) any natural person in the position of president of any Loan Party, its parent companies or Affiliates, who shall have been appointed in accordance with Section 5.28.
