Qualified solar electric power generation facility definition

Qualified solar electric power generation facility or “facility” means a solar electric power generation facility 4[for which a project sponsor has submitted 2, on or before August 28, 2021,2 an application for conditional approval to participate in a solar incentive program 1pursuant to subsection t. of section 38 of P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-87)1, and includes a facility that has received conditional approval from the board to participate in the solar incentive program 1pursuant to subsection t. of section 38 of P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-87)1 for which application was made] that has, as of the effective date of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), received by board order conditional certification to participate in a solar incentive program pursuant to subsection t. of section 38 of P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-87)4 .
Qualified solar electric power generation facility or “facility” means a solar electric power generation facility that has, as of the effective date of P.L.2023, c.158 (C.48:3-121), received by board order conditional certification to participate in a solar incentive program pursuant to subsection t. of section 38 of P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-87).

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

Emergency Condition shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the CAISO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the CAISO Controlled Grid or the electric systems of others to which the CAISO Controlled Grid is directly connected; (3) that, in the case of the Participating TO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System, or the electric systems of others to which the Participating TO’s electric system is directly connected; or
