Qualified Spare Parts definition

Qualified Spare Parts has the meaning provided in clause (1) of the first paragraph in Section 2.01 of the Security Agreement.

For purposes of this definition, for so long as any Note is included in a Securitization, the ratings or actions of any Rating Agency that is not rating any such Securitization(s) shall not be considered.
