Quality assured data definition
Quality assured data means data that complies with commission rules for the water quality monitoring program adopted under Subsection (c)(1), including rules governing the methods under which water samples are collected and analyzed and data from those samples is assessed and maintained.
Quality assured data means the data are obtained from a monitoring system that is operating within the performance specifications and the quality assurance/quality control procedures set forth in the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) documentation to ensure at least ±5.00 percent accuracy. If no OEM specifications exist, the data must be obtained from a monitoring system that is operated as set forth in the reporting entity's monitoring plan that identifies the operational, maintenance, and calibration requirements to maintain at least ±5.00 percent accuracy.
