The Quarterly Maximum may be reduced as set forth in the following paragraphs.
To the extent there is availability under the Quarterly Maximum or the Allowed Quarterly Maximum at the time a Revolving Loan is made on account of a Lender Guaranty Disbursement, such Revolving Loan will reduce the availability of the Quarterly Maximum or the Allowed Quarterly Maximum on a dollar for dollar basis.
The Percentage for a calendar quarter will equal the whole percentage specified by the Purchaser in advance, in accordance with the election procedures described in Section 1.2, up to a maximum of 20%, subject to the then current Quarterly Maximum and Aggregate Maximum, if any.
