Quarterly Settlement Date definition

Quarterly Settlement Date means, initially, the first Settlement Date falling in September 2002 and, thereafter, until the Termination Date, the first Settlement Date falling in the third calendar month following the calendar month of the immediately preceding Quarterly Settlement Date.
